POSITION OVERVIEW

This role supports the delivery of enterprise-wide performance reporting and insights across Technology and Domain functions. The Consultant will translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights that support strategic decision-making. Working across multiple systems and stakeholders, the role contributes to improving visibility, governance and delivery outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support end-to-end reporting across Domain and Technology functions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with enterprise frameworks
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and executive-level reporting narratives
  • Develop and maintain CIO, Domain and value stream performance metrics
  • Produce dashboards, reporting packs and analytical artefacts to support governance forums and leadership cadence
  • Contribute to alignment of performance metrics with Group Transformation strategy
  • Support data quality assurance, validation and governance processes
  • Partner with internal teams across Flow, Clarity, Codility, ServiceNow and other platforms
  • Assist in the preparation of artefacts supporting OKRs, EDF and Ways of Working forums
  • Support platform transition and data ingestion activities including requirements and validation
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting outputs

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst or Insights Analyst role
  • Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting complex datasets
  • Experience working in large-scale technology or enterprise environments
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical and reporting deliverables
  • Advanced skills in data tools such as Power BI, SQL and Excel
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive reporting
  • Experience producing high-quality reporting artefacts such as dashboards and governance packs
  • Familiarity with SDLC and engineering or delivery performance metrics

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Flow, Clarity, Codility, Rally or ServiceNow
  • Understanding of DORA and flow-based performance metrics
  • Experience working within transformation or delivery excellence functions
  • Exposure to AI-enabled delivery environments
  • Strong coordination and orchestration capability across multiple teams and forums
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Science or a related discipline
