Purpose Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements
The Senior Business Analyst role will bring extensive business analysis experience into the Customer Data Refresh (CDR) program, to expedite (through that experience) the delivery of key technology and process enablers to support its remediation agenda against aggressive and firm regulatory deadlines.
In this role, you will: • Serve as the one of the primary liaisons between business stakeholders and dedicated delivery partners
and Technology teams • Break down complex problems with structured analysis, and provide thoughtful input on solution
recommendations and ways of working etc • Work with the business to elicit, analyse and elaborate business requirements and produce documented
and approved specifications to develop new or change existing technology applications and/or business processes
• Elicit and outline requirements on time, to a high-quality standard and accurately to enable appropriate and effective solutions to be developed
• Maximise the value being delivered by ensuring all features and stories are aligned and traceable to the business strategy and product roadmaps
• Work with the Product Owner to refine the feature backlogs through prioritisation, estimation and data- driven decision making
• Support developers, business/data analysts, CX/UX designers and quality engineers in understanding the requirements, so they can deliver on their commitments
• Drive delivery outcomes across the delivery lifecycle, including flexible participation (where required) in UAT, change/operational readiness activities and implementation planning and execution
• Undertake detailed forward planning for analysis tasks/activities • Data/fact driven recommendations to product owners

Qualification Requirements (Optional) • Tertiary qualified with a degree in Business or Finance • Agile certifications preferred
Experience • 5+ years business analysis (all delivery lifecycle phases and
experience working as a BA under multiple delivery methodologies)
• In-depth understanding of financial products, processes and systems
• Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and data-driven business analysis
• Extensive experience working in an Agile delivery environment and familiarity with HCD techniques
• Comfortable in leading/driving conversations and activities, including facilitating workshops with cross-functional business and Technology teams through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of change
• Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content • Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build
strong, collaborative partnerships • Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making • Experience delivering into large scale Operations teams • Large scale transformational change experience – people,
process and technology
Key Accountabilities
• Perform analysis (scenario, policy, customer, data, gap, change, etc) in order to articulate business needs and solution requirements • Responsible for eliciting, capturing and refining business requirements into epics, features, user stories • Expert in translating end user/customer insights into epics and stories complete with acceptance criteria, which can easily be understood by development teams and are traceable back to business need and value creation • Develop process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting and other required outputs • Work with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate business requirements and to effectively articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery • Assist the Product Owner to define and own the value definition of stories, including supporting and influencing the prioritisation of the backlog • Analyse the impact of proposed solutions holistically in order to produce business impact assessments and support change impact assessments • Support of user acceptance and business verification testing (planning, test case development and execution, acceptance criteria etc) • Evidence of thoughtful and effective BA task/activity planning to meet delivery commitments and deadlines

• CDR program leadership, CRR , ECOM, Technology, Finance, Financial Crime Risk Mitigation (FCRM), Legal, Audit, Customer Establishment, Divisions etc
• Manages (through effective partnership with Technology and business) the implementation of technology solutions that enable key CDR outcomes
• Initiative delivery on time/budget and well-managed (risk, dependencies, change, benefits realisation, continuous improvement)
• High stakeholder visibility and awareness of initiative progress/status
