POSITION OVERVIEW
MBB Group is seeking an experienced Transaction Support Advisor to support procurement and commercial advisory activities for the Northern Water Project in South Australia. This role will contribute to the delivery of end to end transaction and procurement processes, working closely with government stakeholders, bidders, advisors and project teams to achieve compliant and value for money procurement outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with infrastructure project experience who enjoys working in complex stakeholder environments and contributing to major project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare Acquisition Plans, procurement documentation, evaluation reports and approval recommendations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Act as a key point of contact for bidders throughout the procurement process.
• Develop briefing papers, presentations, correspondence and transaction related communications.
• Coordinate procurement activities across the full transaction lifecycle.
• Support evaluation teams through tender assessments, clarification processes and evaluation reporting.
• Assist with post tender negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, advisors, contractors and client stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support governance, audit, probity and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, procurement frameworks, confidentiality obligations and governance requirements.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years' experience supporting major infrastructure procurement activities.
• Experience working within government procurement environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of procurement processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Strong written communication skills, including preparation of reports, briefings and procurement documentation.
• Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience working within governance and probity frameworks.
• Ability to work onsite in Adelaide CBD.
• Ability to commence in August 2026.
• Ability to participate in standard onboarding and compliance checks.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, probity and professional standards throughout the procurement process.

• Experience supporting large scale infrastructure programs.
