Job Description

This listing allows Consortium Partners to submit quality candidates for consideration outside of specific job briefs. iDiC will review each submission and determine whether there is alignment with current or emerging client needs. Where appropriate, we will present the candidate to our client on your behalf.


HOW IT WORKS

We created this listing to provide a flexible way for Consortium Partners to share standout talent, even when a direct brief isn’t available. Please note, our ability to float candidates is limited by varying client agreements, and some clients do not accept unsolicited submissions.

Where a candidate aligns closely with a client’s requirements and our contractual obligations allow it, we will proceed with representation.


CANDIDATE OWNERSHIP

Candidates submitted via this listing will only be assigned to a Consortium Partner in line with iDiC’s standard ownership process. Assignment is not automatic and will depend on meeting all criteria outlined in that process.

Where ownership is recognised, the submitting Consortium Partner will be recorded as the candidate’s representative in our system and will be credited accordingly in the event of a successful placement.


REPRESENTATION TO CLIENTS

Submission via this listing does not guarantee that your candidate will be floated to a client. We will assess each candidate and only proceed with representation where there is strong alignment with a potential opportunity.
Please do not represent the candidate to clients directly.


RATE EXPECTATIONS

  • If you provide a salary, we will assume the candidate is open to a permanent placement.

  • If you provide an hourly or daily rate, we will assume the candidate is available for a contracting arrangement.

  • If you provide both, we will treat the candidate as open to either option.


INTERNAL TALENT POOL

Candidates submitted via this listing may be added to iDiC’s internal talent pool.
Provided your submission meets our candidate ownership criteria, the candidate will be associated with your business in our system and considered for relevant opportunities in future.


COMMUNICATION

Due to volume, we are only able to contact you if we decide to progress the candidate. We are unable to provide feedback on candidates who are not moved forward at this time.
