POSITION OVERVIEW

This role is suited to a senior-level developer specialising in Privileged Access Management (PAM), delivering enterprise-grade Delinea solutions. Working within an agile environment, the successful candidate will design, implement, and support secure access and secrets management capabilities, while providing technical guidance to junior team members.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client operates in a systems integration services environment, delivering secure, enterprise-scale technology solutions across government or highly regulated sectors. Their focus is on standardisation, automation, and security across complex infrastructure environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement advanced Delinea PAM configurations and security controls
• Develop and maintain automation and custom scripting solutions, including PowerShell and REST API integrations
• Design and implement password and secrets rotation logic
• Deliver secrets management solutions for applications, services, APIs, and non-human identities
• Configure and optimise session monitoring, recording, and access approval workflows
• Support integrations between PAM and enterprise platforms such as IAM, SIEM, and ITSM systems
• Conduct peer reviews of PAM scripts and configurations
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and configuration-as-code practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to PAM Analysts

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• 5–8 years’ experience in PAM, security engineering, or related roles
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Delinea PAM (or equivalent platform)
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capability
• Experience implementing secrets management solutions
• Ability to independently deliver complex PAM implementations
• Solid understanding of enterprise security frameworks and privileged access controls
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
• Current Australian Government Baseline security clearance

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• NV1 security clearance (or higher), or willingness to obtain NV2
• Experience integrating PAM with IAM, SIEM, and ITSM platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Experience with privileged session management and Just-In-Time (JIT) access models
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to operate within agile teams
