POSITION OVERVIEW

This role leads the delivery of enterprise-level performance insights across Technology and Domain functions. The Senior Consultant is responsible for translating complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives that drive investment and delivery decisions. With strong stakeholder influence, the role ensures alignment between strategy, reporting and delivery outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Govern end-to-end reporting across Domain and Technology functions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with enterprise frameworks
  • Translate complex delivery, productivity and AI-adoption data into executive-ready insights and narratives
  • Develop and align CIO, Domain and value stream performance metrics
  • Own and evolve performance insights, improving visibility of delivery efficiency and outcomes
  • Produce high-quality reporting artefacts including dashboards, governance packs and executive presentations
  • Own rhythm-of-business processes across EDF, OKRs, Ways of Working and leadership forums
  • Coordinate across multiple governance and leadership forums to ensure consistency and alignment
  • Partner with enterprise platforms to maintain data integrity, definitions and quality assurance
  • Support platform transitions and data ingestion activities including requirements and validation
  • Lead creation of executive-level reporting and insights used in key decision-making forums

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Insights Analyst in large-scale technology environments
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support decision-making through data
  • Advanced data analysis capability across multiple systems and datasets
  • Strong experience developing dashboards, reporting frameworks and governance artefacts
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL and Excel
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical and reporting deliverables
  • Strong communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and reporting
  • Familiarity with SDLC and engineering or delivery performance metrics
  • Strong governance mindset with focus on data quality, accuracy and alignment

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Flow, Clarity, Codility, Rally, ServiceNow or SAP
  • Understanding of DORA, flow metrics and engineering performance frameworks
  • Experience working in transformation or delivery excellence environments
  • Exposure to AI-enabled delivery environments
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement across senior leadership forums
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Science or a related discipline
