Your Role
Are you looking to start or grow your career in project delivery? As a Project Support Officer, you’ll play an important role in helping projects run smoothly and successfully. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to keep things organized, track progress, and support the team in delivering great results.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll:
- Help plan and organize project activities, including setting goals and tracking tasks.
- Support team meetings by preparing schedules, taking notes, and following up on actions.
- Keep track of important project deadlines and deliverables, making sure everything stays on track.
- Identify and report any issues or risks that could slow down progress, and help find solutions.
- Keep project files and documents organized and up to date.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to share updates and coordinate activities.
- Manage team calendars, meeting logistics, and follow-ups.
- Take on other tasks to support the Project Manager and team as needed.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is organized, pays attention to details, and follows through on tasks.
- Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and speaking.
- Enjoys working in a team and can coordinate activities with others.
- Is comfortable working with deadlines and structured processes.
- Has basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods (or is willing to learn).
- Can use Microsoft tools like Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Has some experience in project support or coordination (but it’s not essential—we’ll help you learn!).
Other Requirements
- You must be an Australian citizen.
- You need to hold or be eligible for NV1 security clearance.
- You should be available to start immediately.
